HOUSTON, TX – JANUARY 21: The League of Women Voters of the Houston Area hosted the Houston Women’s March and Rally at City Hall on January 21, 2017 in Houston, Texas. This march was an official “sister event” to the National Women’s March on Washington. The goal was to “stand together in solidarity with our partners and children for the protection of our rights, safety, health, and families – recognizing that our vibrant and diverse communities are the strength of our country”.ย
