The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is a multifaceted event that out-of-towners might not expect. Classic rodeo events, like bull-riding and an immersive livestock show, draw crowds in the tens of thousands. But an outdoor carnival, with the best food Houston has to offer, and three weeks of stadium concerts, draw an international crowd, and their fashion, to NRG Park. Every year Houstonians (and more) show up and show off their best Rodeo themed outfits. Some go classic and clean-cut, while others put their personal flare into their outfits. It’s truly an art form that rodeo-goers have perfected and it’s an unofficial, but integral, element of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo that Houstonians anticipate each year.
