SpindleTap Brewery (10622 Hirsch) hosted its Pets & Pints shindig on July 29, a brewtastic adoption event and fund-raiser that benefited local organizations Houston K911 Rescue (they rescue street dogs in poor health and danger) and Lone Star Shih Tzu & Lhasa Apso Rescue of Texas. This dog had horrible mange and was in a very sad state until it was rescued by K-911. The dog has since recovered and is now sporting some new growth hair. He’s very happy and healthy now thanks to K-911 -
