The Houston Texans come out of Week 2 of the 2026-27 NFL season still without a win after losing to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday 20-6. Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud passed for 353 yards, completing 30 of his 55 pass attempts, but the Texans only managed to put a pair of field goals on the board when it was all said and done. Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase and quarterback Joe Burrow connected on two touchdowns in the game and gave the Texans secondary some more trouble to start the season. The Texans drop to 0-2 and will head out on the road to Indianapolis for their first divisional matchup of the year against the Colts.
