On January 15, 2023, the 51st running of the Chevron Houston Marathon and Aramco Houston Half Marathon took place on the Sunday before Martin Luther King Day. Thousands of athletes of all levels took to the streets leading out of downtown in weather that was a bit warmer than usual. The course was filled with supporters whooping, hollering, banging cowbells and showing witty and encouraging posters. (Photos by Jack Gorman)
