Cyclists wanted to show Houston’s City Council that they need to VOTE YES for the Bike Plan. A group met at Bike Houston’s office and rolled out for a pep rally on the steps of City Hall. Afterwards, they entered for public session. Key figures from the cycling community spoke to the council with the hope that this plan for safety and progress is passed. All photos by Doogie Roux.
