The Houston Chronicle is reporting that the Texas Bowl, which is sometimes great, sometimes underwhelming but has at least always had a classy, simple name, is getting an unclassy, convouted new moniker.
Get ready to feel the excitement of…..The Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas!!!!
Not as silly as the galleryfunriture.com Bowl, perhaps, but still — it doesn’t exactly roll trippingly off the tongue.
