If the thought of rappin’, record-scratchin’ reindeer drives you to drink, at least don’t drive.
That’s the message in what TxDOT is calling “a humorous, whimsical campaign” to get the anti-DWI message out this holiday season.
“The campaign illustrates the lengths to which TxDOT is willing to go to, to break through the “clutter” and deliver a sobering message to Lone Star motorists,” says Jeff Salzgeber, who’s involved in the effort.
So don’t be surprised if your see “Don’t drive if you’re tipsy, buzzed or Blitzen” messages on your bar coasters, in your bar bathroom, or on your TV, where the PSA after the jump will be airing. Including the hip-hop reindeer.
