| Miguel Grimaldo: Arrested for intoxication manslaughter |
Intoxication manslaughter charges have been filed against a man who killed his passenger in a northside accident early Sunday morning.
Miguel Angel Grimaldo, 29, was driving a white Infinity at a high rate of speed on Lillja Road about 4:30 a.m. Sunday, police say.
He ran a stop sign at Aldine Bender and “struck several trees,” police said. “Grimaldo’ s passenger was killed on impact and Grimaldo suffered minor injuries.”
He was arrested at the scene.
