An early morning argument in a southwest-side apartment complex ended with a security guard being charged with murder.
The incident in the 6400 block of Westward began about %:30 a.m., police say, when a car pulled int the complex.
According to the Houston Chronicle and other media reports, a woman in the car asked security guard Juan Trevino, 41, to call police over one of her passengers. An argument between Trevino and the passengers ensued and Trevino shot one of the men as he walked away, the paper reported.
The name of the victim, 25, has not been released.
