A man “in his 60s” was killed by a drunk driver early this morning on the south side of town, Houston police say.
Edward Cano, 35, faces an intoxication manslaughter charge after the 12:30 a.m. accident.
Police said Cano was driving northbound on Cullen near the South Loop when his Toyota Tacoma pickup jumped the curb and slammed into the victim. Cano was not injured.
