If you’re about to head out and your direction is north on U. S. 59, put in an audio tape if that’s the only way you can go.

There’s a jackknifed rig on the North side at Edloe/Bufffalo Speedway. Traffic is backed up all the way to Rosenberg. And the south side of the freeway is at a standstill as well.
