Teams from local restaurants set up to compete by serving their best crawfish to guests, while they enjoyed live music by Pecos Hank Schyma and Bayou City Funk at the Crawfish Cook-Off at Cottonwood.  Liberty Station took 1st Place, and Hughie’s got the People’s Choice award in the event hosted by Saint Arnold Brewing Company & Splice Records.
