The newest kids on the craft beer block, Baileson Brewing Company, opened its doors for a grand opening shebang this weekend in Rice Village. It’s a dog-friendly venue — which makes sense as its named after puggles Bailey and Jameson — with plenty of outdoor space for playing cornhole or parking a food truck. The brewery poured more than 1,000 brewskis this Saturday, with some of the proceeds benefiting the Houston Food Bank and the JJ Watt Foundation’s Houston Flood Relief Fund.
