In June 2005, I started taking photos of the burgers I was eating while researching the feature “Texas Burger Binge.” It made it easier to write about the burger later on if I could go back and look at it. When the Eating…Our Words blog got started in July of 2006, it gave me an excuse to keep the burger binge going. The burger photo file keeps on growing.
