Today Katharine Shilcutt wrote about the concept for Greatfull Taco in “Self-Described Elitist Asshole to Open Restaurant.” But one commenter – who goes by the gracious handle of Shut Up and Eat! – didn’t see what the big deal was:
“Elitist asshole to open a restaurant?” Pfft. That business model’s been done to death.
Touché, Shut Up and Eat! We’ll, um, shut up and eat now.
