Today Katharine Shilcutt wrote about an unusual new microbrewery coming to town. While all the commenters were excited about the arrival of Buffalo Bayou Brewing, Jeff R had his doubts about it being a money-maker:
Sounds like a fun idea for a brewery but a terrible plan for a business. It’ll truly be a labor of love as I don’t see it making any money. Hopefully that won’t stymie their production or end operations all together… I like the sound of their beers.
We do too! Let’s hope Jeff R is wrong and the concept makes piles of money.
