Brennan’s celebrates America’s 250th birthday with an All-American Bluegrass Brunch on Saturday, July 4 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Expect live bluegrass, brunch favorites like chicken fried steak and eggs and shrimp and grits, plus $2.50 mimosas, Bloody Marys and Miller Lite pints. Reservations are encouraged.
Christian’s Tailgate, multiple locations
All-day Fourth of July specials roll across Christian’s Tailgate locations, including $7 USA-themed ‘ritas, $7 nachos and $20 beer buckets. A straightforward neighborhood hang for burgers, drinks and game-day-style energy.
Dessert Gallery, multiple locations
Dessert Gallery is celebrating the Fourth of July with hand-decorated butter cookies, classic American layer cakes and red, white and blue-themed desserts.

A Dance of Fire and Ice brings the holiday spirit to Duck N Bao, a frozen cocktail with vodka, Blue Curaçao, Cointreau, grenadine and soda water.

The Finn is throwing a Fourth of July Cookout Patio Party from 3 to 6 p.m., featuring beer from Michelob Ultra and Stella Artois, Korean-style hot dogs from Nyam Nyam and a holiday soundtrack from DJ Mike Bondz. It’s an easy downtown stop for drinks, bites and Independence Day festivities.
FORME, 5501 LaBranch
Liberty & Lux takes over FORME on Saturday, July 4 at 6 p.m., turning the 12th-floor pool deck into a fireworks-viewing party with open bar, passed bites from Lucille’s 1913, live music and DJ sets. Tickets range from $125 to $5,000, , with proceeds supporting Street Art for Mankind’s public art initiative.
Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, multiple locations
The Firework Marg returns through July 5, a frozen margarita layered with strawberry and blue curaçao in Casamigos Blanco tequila and finished with a red, white and blue ice pop.

Brunch, dinner and a patriotic margarita lineup are all on deck at Hugo’s this Fourth of July. The restaurant will run brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 4 to 8 p.m. before closing early for the holiday, with $10 red, white and blue margaritas including Jamaica, El Coco and Azul variations.

Hungry’s and its sister concepts will keep regular hours on the Fourth, pairing the weekend with a Red, White & Blue-berry Mimosa Flight and a coconut-kissed 1776 Margarita at NextDoor Bar & Lounge.

Jethro’s is keeping it casual with all-day specials: $7 smashburgers and fries, $10 wings, $20 beer or seltzer buckets and $6 Green Tea and White Tea shots.
Lankford’s The Woodlands, 24 Waterway
A $17.76 burger, fries and beer combo anchors the holiday lineup, alongside a Red, White and Blue Burger stacked with roasted red peppers, onions, ranch and blue cheese crumbles.
Little Woodrow’s, multiple locations
Select locations are offering Hot American Sliders (2 for $12) for a limited time, featuring smashed RC Ranch Wagyu with bacon, jalapeños, onion, American cheese, pickles and burger sauce, served with fries. Also on the menu is the Electric Cherry Limeade ($12), a Shiner Vodka cocktail with lime syrup and black cherry purée, topped with Sprite, fresh lime and a cherry, available through September 6.

Local Table and its sister concepts stay open regular hours with Star Spangled Sangria in rotation all weekend and the 1776 Margarita across the group.

The July 4 Backyard BBQ starts at 11 a.m. with live music, a dunk tank and family-friendly activities. Expect BBQ plates, hot dogs and casual bites, plus frozen patriotic cocktails, whiskey pours, $1 off domestic beers and Jell-O shots.

A Fourth of July fajita special serves two for $34.95 all day, with skirt steak and marinated chicken breast available dine-in before locations close early at 5 p.m.
