No, it's not quite on par with Oktoberfest in Munich, but it's pretty damn close!
The Houston Press Brewfest will take place at Silver Street Station on Saturday, October 5 from 2 to 7 p.m. in conjunction with Lucky's Pub. The event features more than 30 beers on tap including local craft brews and offerings from other breweries across the country. We'll also have several food trucks hanging out to provide grub and plenty of live music to keep you dancing into the evening.
Tickets are $30 for general admission and $55 for VIP access, which allows entry to the VIP area where you can get specialty and seasonal beers and complimentary appetizers.
So what do you get for your money?
