Houston’s unofficial holiday is back. This coming Monday, July 13, 713 Day brings plenty of tasty ways to rep the city, from drink deals and frozen margs to Houston-inspired menus, live music and one-day-only specials.
Axelrad, 1517 Alabama
Raise a pint to Houston with $1 off all Houston-brewed draft beers at Axelrad. The lineup includes pours from Saint Arnold, Great Heights, Gristworkz and other local breweries.
BB’s Tex-Orleans, multiple locations
All BB’s po’boys are getting the 713 Day treatment with a $7.13 price tag for dine-in guests. Choose from favorites like the Bedtime on the Bayou with fried Gulf shrimp or the Surf and Turf with shrimp, roast beef debris and dark gravy. The restaurant is also serving $5 frozen cocktails all month long, plus seasonal seafood specials through its Summer Crab Craze.

A half-dozen bagels costs just $7.13 for 713 Day at Bagel Shop Bakery & New York Deli. Rainbow and French toast bagels are excluded from the promotion.
Bayou Heights Bier Garten, 3905 Washington
Houston-inspired cocktails are taking center stage at Bayou Heights Bier Garten, where drinks like the Sittin’ Sideways, Thee Stallion, Bayou Blossom and Harvey Colada will be available for $7.13. Sweet Roars and Mycolean will also pop up with baked goods and drink enhancers from 4 to 7 p.m.
Betelgeuse Betelgeuse, 2101 Washington, 4500 Montrose
Both locations are throwing 713 Day parties at both lfrom 4 to 10 p.m. Expect $7.13 cheese and pepperoni pizzas, $7.13 cocktails, BOGO shots for $7.13, live music, DJs, vendor markets, giveaways and a raffle for free pizza for a year. Admission is free, with donations benefiting Southern Smoke Foundation encouraged through the online RSVP.

A one-day Houston collaboration brings together Craft Pita chef and owner Rafael Nasr, pitmaster Grant Pinkerton of Pinkerton’s Barbecue and Pudgy’s Cookies for the fourth annual Craft Pita Cookout. The West University location will serve a halal smoked chicken thigh pita with Lebanese flavors and Texas barbecue influences, along with a limited-edition banana tahini cookie from Pudgy’s Cookies.

In celebration of 713 Day, all locations will be serving seven chicken wings for $7.13, available for dine-in and carryout while supplies last. Guests can choose from flavors like Buffalo, barbecue, lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan.

Ninfa’s is marking 713 Day with two Houston favorites for $7.13 each: chile con queso and the Original Ninfarita at both locations.

House wines and cocktails, including the Perfect Peach Bellini, Strawberry Smash and Espresso Martini, will be available for $7.13 at Ouisie’s Table. Complimentary valet parking is also part of the celebration.

Savoy is turning 713 Week into a four-day celebration of Houston culture with themed cocktails, brunch, music and giveaways. The lineup includes a Houston-inspired day party, a Slab Sunday tribute and $7.13 frozen cocktails, with Houston-themed prizes handed out throughout the celebration.
Shipley Do-Nuts, multiple locations
Grab a box of Shipley this 713 Day and help support a local cause. A portion of proceeds from every half dozen and dozen sold at Houston-area locations will benefit Kids’ Meals, Inc., which provides free, healthy meals to preschool-aged children.

Houston’s music scene takes the spotlight at Yuma with a karaoke night featuring songs from some of the city’s most iconic artists. Guests can also sip on the Brazilian-inspired restaurant’s classic Caipirinha cocktail for $7.13 during the celebration.
