Houstonians absolutely love crawfish. The city consumes more than any other place in the world. To celebrate the end of bug season, the inaugural Houston Crawfish Fest at the The Esplanade on Navigation was held on Saturday. Scrumptious mudbugs were served by a variety of vendors and establishments along with various sides, sweets and treats. Sounds were provided by The Chaney Machine. (Photos by Doogie Roux)
