You may almost feel embarrassed ordering the Huge Double Po-Boy ($5.49) at Salatos Hot Po-Boy (1410 Lockwood, 713-672-6358), but one thing’s for sure, you won’t leave hungry. The eight-inch sandwich is made with bread that’s just crusty enough and filled with at least a pound of meat — both ham and salami — and cheese. Getting your mouth around the thing is almost a jawbreaker, but once you dig in, you’ll be glad you did. Finishing it in one sitting, however, may be a challenge.
