The Houston Press hosted The Morning After brunch festival at the Bayou City Event Center pavilion on Saturday – September 29, 2018 in Houston, Texas. Foodies from all across Houston endured the threat of thunderstorms to indulge in delicious brunch, cocktails, and music. From French toast to breakfast tacos, doughnuts to Bloody Marys, attendees were treated to the best brunch options this city has to offer. The winner of this year’s award for Best Restaurant was Broken Barrel Restaurant & Wine Bar in The Woodlands.
