As Houston continues to dry itself out and begin to recover from all the flooding, it was time to get out of the house, bask in the hot Texas sun, and enjoy some of our favorite things. We found music, art, culture, tons of vendors and even a taco or two at Saturday’s Texas Taco Music Fest at Discovery Green. Entertainment included the Matachines Hijos de Maria Santisima, Conjunto Baraja de Oro, Mind Shrine, Triple, Camera Cult, Daniel Alverdi, Hector Ward & The Big Time, Passion D’Luna and El 43.ย Partial proceeds were being donated to the Red Cross for victims of Hurricane Harvey.
