Texas Crab Festival at Swedes Park

Head to Crystal Beach for the epic, weekend-long Texas Crab Festival. With nearly 100 vendors, folks can dig into bbq crab, crab nachos, crab mac and cheese and more, plus Gulf Coast favorites lik3 crawfish, shrimp, fried catfish and stuffed potatoes. Don’t miss the Crab Gumbo Cookoff on Saturday, where local chefs compete for the best gumbo title; and stick around for family-friendly fun from 5K fun run and crab races to a kids zone, washers tourney and two-step dance contest. Proceeds benefit local community initiatives.
AAPI Celebration at POST Houston
Saturday, noon to 9 p.m.

POST Houston is hosting a free, family-friendly celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander culture. Expect all-day fun, traditional AAPI cuisine, cultural performances, sumo and martial arts demos, a cosplay competition, a pop-up market and more.
Arts and Drafts Festival at Saint Arnold Brewery
Saturday, 4 to 9 p.m.

Saint Arnold Brewing Company’s Arts & Drafts Festival is back at the Beer Garden, celebrating handmade art with local vendors, live painting, an art raffle and tasty Saint A suds. Admission is free, and the event is family-friendly.
