Mark your calendars, because you don’t want to miss these deliciously fun culinary happenings:

Heights & Co., 1343 Yale, has introduced immersive wine and movie night experience Vacation by the Glass & Co. in collaboration with wine and tasting club EveryWine, on select Wednesdays. The creative event blends expertly selected wines with iconic films, with each evening highlighting a different location/theme complete with a signature welcome cocktail, a curated four-course wine tasting, a themed four-course meal and a movie that transports guests to the destination. Tickets are $35 per person and can be purchased via Resy.

Alicia’s Mexican Grille and Galiana’s Tex-Mex & Agave Bar invite guests to a unique dining experience celebrating Tres Agaves Tequila, featuring a hand-selected tequila flight featuring Tres Agaves Blanco, Reposado and Añejo, followed by a three-course gourmet meal paired with a cocktail or wine. Enjoy tempura-fried shrimp tossed in a bold tobanjan sauce and served over fresh sliced avocados, filet mignon in rich red wine reduction glaze, flan with bourbon caramel sauce and more. The unique dining experience will be offered at Alicia’s in Cypress on April 3, Alicia’s in Katy on April 5, Alicia’s in Spring on April 12, Alicia’s in Westchase on April 19 and Galiana’s on April 26. Dinner begins at 7 p.m. and cost is $89 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Reservations are required.

Josephine’s, 318 Gray, is teaming up with chef Ryan Lachaine of Riel for a one-night-only, five-course crawfish feast on Tuesday, April 8. Expect bold flavors in dishes like Crawfish Gazpacho, Grilled Oysters with Crawfish XO and Gulf Fish with Crawfish Oscar. Two seatings are available at 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. and tickets are $150 per person via Resy.

EZ’s Liquor Lounge, 3302 White Oak, is hosting an all-day Masters Party on Sunday, April 13, with festivities including a golf simulator and nine-hole putt putt course, “Longest Drive” competition, merch and Masters-themed food and drink specials–think “Food of Augusta”, like pimento cheese sandwiches, clubs and John Daily’s cocktails.

On Tuesday, April 15, The Bastion Collection continues La Belle Vita, its two-part culinary journey across the Riveira, with chefs Felipe Botero (Le Jardinier) and Michael Lara (Tavola) at Le Jardinier, 5500 Main. The five-course menu ($185 per person) merges Mediterranean flavors from France to Italy, with highlights including poached shrimp, French white asparagus, polpo, roasted lamb chop – and for dessert: a tiramisu and mini butterfly.

Tickets are now on sale for the Back to the Future Dinner: Part II, held on Sunday, April 27 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Feges BBQ Spring Branch, 8217 Long Point. Benefiting Southern Smoke Foundation, this year’s iconic line-up of changes includes Southern Smoke founder Chris Shepherd along with a few of his proteges — Patrick Feges, Erin Smith, Lyle Bento, Ryan Lachaine, Lucas McKinney, Kaitlin Steets, Nick Vera, Chris Bednorz and more. Expect nostalgic throwbacks and current dishes made famous by the talented chefs in an intimate, family-style setting, plus with wine selections by Matthew Pridgen and cocktail creations from Adrienne Byard and Alejandro Medina. Tickets (limited) are $200 each.
