In response to the devastating July 4 floods in the Texas Hill Country, Rainbow Lodge, 2011 Ella, is dedicating its Wild Game Burger Friday on July 11 to support those affected. Sold at $17, with $3 from each burger donated to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund, the Hill Country Burger features bison, elk and ribeye topped with chili-fried onion strings and BBQ sauce. Owner Donnette Hansen will match all donations, with proceeds helping communities like Hunt, Ingram and Kerrville recover and rebuild.
Mutiny in the Heights,ย 1124 Usener, will be donating $1 for every glass of wine sold, $5 for every bottle of wine sold, and $75 for every case of wine sold for the balance of July to the Kerr County Flood Relief Fund.
Now through Sunday, July 13, Travelerโs Table,ย 520 Westheimer,ย ย and Travelerโs Cart,ย 1401 Montrose, will be donating $1 from every entree soldย to The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country.

The 2025 BBQ Block Party: The New Houston ‘Q brings together Houstonโs next generation of pitmasters for an all-you-can-sample afternoon of smoked meat and cold beer at Saint Arnold Brewing Company, 2000 Lyons, on Sunday, July 20 from 1 to 4 p.m. Tickets are $75 and include tastings from over a dozen rising stars like BBQ 713, Space City BBQ, Chicano BBQ and The Smoke HTX, plus complimentary pours from Saint Arnold.
