Ahead of its one-year anniversary on Wednesday, August 20, Credence, 9757 Katy Freeway, has launched a vibrant new summer menu featuring seasonal Gulf seafood, Texas-grown ingredients and wood-fired flair โ€“ think cornbread gnocchi with summer truffle, hearth-roasted whole fish and a burrata starter with fermented chili. The menu is available now through summer.

Perryโ€™s Steakhouse & Grille is celebrating 46 years this July with the debut of its exclusive Perryโ€™s Reserve Premier Cru Champagne, crafted in partnership with the historic Maurice Philippart Champagne House. Enjoy it by the glass โ€” served with a complimentary pink Champagne Biscuit โ€” or as part of a special $20 Reserve Anniversary Wine Flight featuring Perryโ€™s Reserve Champagne, Chardonnay, and Rosรฉ. The limited-time offering is available throughout July at all Perryโ€™s locations.

Hidden Omakase is taking over Woosterโ€™s Garden, 3315 Milam, on Monday, July 21 at 7 p.m. for a one-night-only Tuna Breakdown Summer Social. Guests can expect a lively, standing-room-only experience complete with a live bluefin tuna butchering demo by Chef Marcos Juarez, plus curated tuna bites, signature cocktails, mobile oyster shucking and a caviar cart by Domus. Tickets are $325 per person (including gratuity) and available now on Resy.com.

Brennanโ€™s of Houston, 3300 Smith, invites guests to sip and savor at a Trefethen Tasting on Friday, July 25 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Join โ€œWine Guyโ€ Marcus Gausepohl for five 2-ounce pours of Trefethen wines, each paired with a small bite, set up at tasting stations in the John Staub Dining Room. Tickets are $40 pre-sale or $50 at the door, plus tax and gratuity. Dress code is Courtyard Casual.

Alora Restaurant & Bar, 1816 Westbeimer, is celebrating Peruโ€™s Pisco Day (July 27) and Independence Day (July 28) with a weekend-long cocktail party from Friday, July 25 to Sunday, July 27.
