National Tequila Day hits Houston on Thursday, July 24, and the city’s hottest bars and restaurants are shaking, stirring and slinging tequila like there’s no mañana. From killer margaritas to mind-blowing cocktails and tequila flights, these spots have everything you need to fiesta hard all day long.

Arnaldo Richards’ Picos, 3601 Kirby
Picos is turning Tequila Day into a three-day fiesta (July 24–26), with complimentary tequila tastings, curated flights and a specialty menu. Highlights include tastings from Herradura, El Tequileño, Don Julio and Casamigos.

Brennan’s of Houston, 3300 Smith
Sip on the tequila- and rum-based Tequila Mockingbird ($15) alongside seafood nachos or a fried seafood platter in the new Courtyard Bar. Also try the refreshing Infante—made with tequila, lime, orgeat and rose water—for $10 during weekday happy hour from 2 to 5 p.m.

Christian’s Tailgate, multiple locations
Partnering with Aguasol, Christian’s will offer $7 Aguasol Margaritas and $7 Aguasol Ranch Waters all day.

Diversion Montrose, 1226 W Clay
Take tequila to the next level with Diversion’s Margarita Lab Shot Set, a flight of three creative tequila-based shots with layers of Herradura silver, mezcal, chamomile, celery, curacao and mint for $16.

Duck N Bao, multiple locations
The Azalea Margarita ($10)—a tropical mix of tequila, pineapple, Triple Sec and lime—brings a sweet and citrusy edge to Duck N Bao’s lineup of dim sum, Peking duck, and bao.

Good God, Nadine’s, 33 Waugh
Sip the Desert Oasis, a refreshing blend of tequila, soda and housemade pineapple serrano syrup. Normally only available during weekday happy hour, the cocktail will be $7 all day long.

Hachi, 5333 Westheimer
This upscale Japanese concept offers over 10 premium tequila options for sipping, from $11 Lunazul Blanco to Ocho Reposado ($19) and Don Julio 1942 ($45). Enjoy them alongside corn riblets, nigiri and seabass tempura.

Heights & Co., 1343 Yale
Sip on $10 margaritas all day long, offered in fun and fresh flavors like Watermelon Cooler, St. Margarita, Sicilian Margarita and spicy Jala-Piña.

Hongdae 33, 9889 Bellaire
Pair Korean barbecue with tequila-forward cocktails like the Sour Apple Tequila (with Sprite and agave) or a classic-style margarita. Both are available for $11.

Jethro’s, 95 Tuam
From 4 p.m. to midnight, enjoy $8 Perfect Margaritas, $8 Frozen Palomas, and $5 Mexican Candy Shots. Bonus: the smashburger and fries combo is just $7 until 7 p.m.

Kazzan Ramen & Bar, 191 Heights
The casual noodle shop is pouring $5 classic margaritas and ume margaritas all day long to help cool off between slurps of ramen.

The Little Taco Shop, 3411 Kirby
Score $5 frozen margaritas all day, with options including a lime Cantera Negra classic or a smoky Pink Guava Mezcalrita with Ilegal Mezcal. And if you can’t decide, you can get them swirled.

Mexican Sugar, 3505 West Dallas
Mexican Sugar is turning National Tequila Day into a four-day bash with tequila flights and sensory trays on Thursday, build-your-own margarita carts on Friday, a flower cart with mini tequila bottle vases on Saturday, and hand-painted clay Cantaritos by local artists on Sunday.

Mi Luna, 888 Westheimer
Frozen house margaritas are just $6 all day on July 24. Swing by between 3 to 6 p.m. to take advantage of happy hour tapas like $5 Patatas Bravas and $6 Spinach & Goat Cheese Empanadas.

Molina’s Cantina, multiple locations
Pop by for house margaritas for $8.50 and Premium Margaritas for $6.50—all day long. Margaritas to-go are also available, starting at $50 for a half-gallon.

Monkey’s Tail, 5802 Fulton
The Mexican-American dive will be celebrating National Tequila Day with customized chain stitching by Layne Stitch on Thursday, and taco specials and tequila drink specials with free mugs all weekend long.

The Nomad Reserve, 12970 Westheimer
Go big with $125 Don Julio reposado bottles, $15 Corralejo tequila flights, $5 frozen tequila drinks and The Still Rich cocktail, which comes with a mini bottle of Don Julio 1942.

Pier 6 Seafood & Oyster House, 113 6th
Celebrate bayside with tequila-forward cocktails like the $12 Spicy Rita, $10 frozen House Margarita and $10 Watermelon Slush made with tequila, mezcal and Tajin.

The Sunrise House, 1830 W Alabama
Start early with $5 Mijenta reposado shots served from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., plus giveaways and daytime vibes.

Superica, 1801 North Shepherd
From July 22–28, Superica toasts National Tequila Day with curated tequila flights and festive cocktails like the smoky Alamo Gold Old Fashioned, citrus-brined Superita and luxe 100 Grand Margarita.

Tacodeli, multiple locations
Tacodeli is rocking $5, 16-ounce house margaritas all day long.

Tago, 1120 Dennis
Sip luxe specials like the $12 Mayan Muse—a tropical cocktail served with a mini bottle of Don Julio reposado—as well as $250 Casamigos bottles and $500 Casa Azul bottles for party-ready sipping.

Whiskey Cake, multiple locations
From July 24–27, Whiskey Cake is serving a limited-time tequila cocktail called That’s My Jam, mixing Corazon Reposado with lime, agave, house-made blackberry jam and a tajin rim.
