On Saturday, April 18 from 5 to 9 p.m., Pepsi Eats Fest Houston will take over Around The Corner, 2119 Leeland, for a one-night tasting event featuring free bites and menu items under $6. The event will be held on the shared patio with Leeland House and includes DJ sets, limited free items like bbq sliders and chicken tenders, and Pepsi-infused cocktails.

Lankfordโ€™s The Woodlands, 24 Waterway, will offer all-day Ironman Weekend specials โ€“ including $2 off appetizers plus beer and shot deals โ€“ on Saturday, April 18. Folks can also enjoy the featured Ironman Burger ($26), a half-pound wagyu patty topped with brisket, smoked sausage, mac and cheese, onion ring, bacon, jalapeรฑos, cheddar, barbecue sauce and ranch on a brioche bun served with fries. IV Society will be on-site at 1 pm offering IV services for purchase and Ironman athletes receive 10 percent off meals with proof of registration throughout race week.

Kirby Ice House celebrates a decade of service at its Upper Kirby flagship, 3333 Eastside, with a free anniversary celebration on Saturday, April 18. Held from 5 to 10 p.m., the evening features a backyard style atmosphere with a DJ set and headlining performance from party band MegaFly.

In The Woodlands, Kokoro Handroll Bar,ย  24 Waterway, will host an Amrina x Kokoro Handroll Bar omakase collaboration dinner featuring chefs Jassi Bindra, Patrick Pham and Daniel Lee on Monday, April 20. The $300 all-inclusive experience includes sake pairings and a menu blending Indian flavors with Japanese techniques, highlighting ingredients like A5 wagyu, Hokkaido uni, Spanish bluefin tuna, oysters, Kaluga caviar and seasonal fish from Tokyoโ€™s Toyosu Market. Seatings are available at 5:30 and 8 p.m., and reservations are required via OpenTable.

On Wednesday, April 22, Celebrity Chef Against Cancer returns to Four Seasons Hotel Houston, 1300 Lamar,ย  benefiting Camp H-Town in partnership with MD Anderson Childrenโ€™s Cancer Hospital. The 7th annual event features 22 Houston chefs including Bludorn, Brennanโ€™s of Houston, Uchi, Nobieโ€™s, Killenโ€™s and Zaranda serving signature bites with wine, cocktails, live entertainment, and silent and live auctions, with proceeds supporting Camp H-Townโ€™s free summer program for children affected by cancer. Tickets start at $250.

All-inclusive taco festival Top Taco Houston is going down at POST Houston, 401 Franklin, on Thursday, April 23, with 35+ Houston restaurants serving unlimited taco samples plus cocktails, beer, and spirits. The 21+ event also includes live music, entertainment like lucha libre wrestling, and a peopleโ€™s choice vote for top tacos and cocktails. Tickets include entry, all food, drinks, and entertainment with tiers ranging from general admission ($99) to VIP experiences.
