Josephineโ€™s continues its Backyard Boil Series with a guest appearance chef Jeff Chanchaleune, bringing Lao-Cajun flavors to a Gulf Coast crawfish boil. Expect house-boiled crawfish in red curry lemongrass butter plus dishes like grilled Sai Oua sausage, laab-spiced fried oysters and yellow curry French fries with Laotian-style sauces. Crawfish is priced per pound and the event also includes drink specials, merch activations and reservations via Resy.
