There, the stuffed crab contains such unprecedented ingredients as hearts of palm, tomatoes, sweet corn, and red and yellow roasted peppers, along with generous portions of shrimp and crabmeat, served in a Texas blue crab shell. (If you don't like carrots, don't worry. You won't even know you had them unless you ask about the ingredients.) Chopped pecans and Parmesan cheese are sprinkled on top, which melt into a gooey but crunchy crust in the oven. If you're not sure you want to commit to a plate of three served on a heap of shredded fried onions (along with a side order, $16.95), the baked stuffed crabs sell for $5.50 individually. Perfect for the customer whose doctor gets crabby about fried food.
