Seventeen museums, from the Children’s Museum of Houston to the Health Museum to the Houston Museum of Natural Science, are all throwing open their doors and dropping their admission fees for the day. Take a tour, participate in a hands-on craft project, watch a performance or just meander through the seemingly endless exhibits. It’s all free and it’s all fun. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Various locations.
