We’re adding a new feature to the HouStoned Rocks, Artist of the Week, and we’re taking suggestions (okay, nominations) for our first artist. Who do you think is doing something new and different on Houston’s music scene? Who deserves a little notice? Leave your suggestions in the comments section for this post.
