Hang on to your cotton candy – there’s a new thrill in town. No, AstroWorld isn’t coming back (RIP, you dirty dog), but funnel cakes and stomach-lurching rides are no longer just a thing of the past. The Eighth Wonder of the World (that’s the Astrodome) will get back in action when Murphy Brothers Exposition presents The World’s Largest Indoor Amusement Park under its hallowed dome. The 30-plus-ride spectacular features a few vomit-riffic rides such as the 90-foot “Drop Zone,” as well as classics including bumper cars and the Century Ferris Wheel. Throw in some sausage on a stick and a funnel cake or two, and you’ve got a classic recipe for nausea – and in America, that means fun. Ride until you puke from noon to 11 p.m.
