Take sides in the Beer Wars during today’s Beer Feast, a special screening of the documentary accompanied by a gourmet dinner with each course paired with craft brews featured in the film. Both Beer Wars director Anat Baron and Dogfish Head brewery’s Claus Hagelman will be in attendance. “They’ll be around for questions after the screening,” says Michael Vega, Alamo Drafthouse manager. And maybe lead a tasting of Dogfish Head brew? “Sure, that too.”

The documentary, which chronicles the struggles of small breweries against giant corporate beer makers, will screen for the rest of the week, sadly, without the feast or special guests. (But, hey, the craft brews will still be available.) Beer Feast is today at 7:30 p.m. Regular screenings of Beer Wars are at 7 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. Through June 18. 531 South Mason, Katy. For information, call 281-492-6900 or visit www.drafthouse.com. Beer Feast is $45; regular screenings are $7 to $9.
