Cabo, The Original Mix-Mex Grill

The downtown location tends to be jam-packed, full of people bent on loudly enjoying themselves and the potent margaritas. But given that Cabo is as much a scene as a restaurant, the food is surprisingly good: bright, brisk tortilla soup, a vigorous ceviche and chicken enchiladas topped with gooey, creamy cheese.
