Sambuca, located beneath the Rice Lofts, is like a modernized version of an old-school supper club. Started in a Dallas over 17 years ago by brother-sister duo Kim and Holly Forsyth, Sambuca has grown to five locations nationwide. The concept is simple: dinner, drink, dance. Live music, including pop, rock, r&b, Latin and, of course, jazz, plays seven nights a week. Dine on small pizzas, salads, pastas, seafood and grilled meats while relaxing with a fancy cocktail. After dinner, the well-dressed crowds take to the dance floor.
