A crowd gathered at Houston’s Discovery Green and marched to City Hall on July 4th. They called for justice for Vanessa Guillen, a Mexican-American soldier who went missing from Fort Hood in April after telling family and friends that she was being sexually harassed by a superior. Her remains were later found near Fort Hood. Specialist Aaron Robinson, 20, is accused of murdering her. He shot himself when approached by police about her disappearance. Cecily Aguilar, 22, the estranged wife of a Fort Hood soldier, has been arrested and charged with helping Robinson dismember and dispose of Guillen’s body. (Photos by Doogie Roux)
