A Border patrol agent has been charged with intoxication assault for causing an accident that has left one person in critical condition.
The victim is on life support, meaning the charges against Adrian Parada Jr. may be upgraded to intoxication manslaughter, the McAllen Monitor reports.
He is “accused of rear-ending a vehicle stopped at a red light and causing that vehicle to T-bone a third car” early Sunday morning, the paper says.
If Parada does go away, he will have gone in style, proudly rocking the Affliction T-shirt for his mugshot. We can only assume he just didn’t feel it was an Ed Hardy kinda night.
