This past week saw two unlikely – and in some corners, unwelcome – comebacks. Brett Favre forced his way back into the NFL, and Neil Frank forced his way back into the KHOU studios. Both are old, old guys who just can’t give up doing what they once did – In Favre’s case, throwing interceptions and not studying game tape; in Frank’s case, taking every molehill of a tropical storm and blowing it up into a mountain of a Cat 5 killer.
