Police answered a 911 call in the 8100 block of Sands Point Sunday afternoon and rapped on the door. It was answered by Alexander Cutino-Cabrera, 42, who happened to have bloody arms.

And when the cops looked behind him, they saw a blood-spattered corpse.

Cutino-Cabrera admitted he had stabbed the woman, whose identity has not been released, police said. He said the two had been arguing.

He has been charged with murder for the incident, which occurred around 3:30 p.m. on the southwest side.
