On Saturday morning, August 26, after Hurricane Harvey struck the Texas Gulf coast as a category four storm (later downgraded), Houstonians awoke to a weird, eerie desolation. Over in Fort Bend County, a tornado ripped through Sienna Plantation damaging approximately 50 homes.
