During Imelda’s storm the bulk of the flooding was to the east and south of the Houston. However, several inches of rain from the remnants of Imelda fell on the metro area causing plenty of flooding and traffic issues. Things were expected to clear up Friday with the chance of some scattered showers and storms. (Photos by Doogie Roux)
