Free Press Summer Fest just can’t catch a break. In the past we’ve had more than one weather-related move to NRG Park, controversy over headliner R. Kelly, and the tragic death of Megan Tilton. But hope springs eternal and we had high hopes for 2017. Mother Nature had other plans and she unleashed her fury and, after several evacuations, FPSF was forced to shut down completely.
