Our friends at Houston Roller Derby sent us a little note the other day. Another season is quickly approaching, and as such, if any of you young ladies have ever watched the Derby and wanted to give it a try, here’s your shot.

Things get started this coming Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. out at the Dairy Ashford Roller Rink we’re they’ll be having the basic skill boot camp. The next session is Saturday at 8:00 a.m. at the same location where they’ll be doing the speed and derby skills. The official tryouts and party will be on Sunday.

There is a $60 registration fee required, and all three days are mandatory. Advance registration is required, and you should contact Chewcifer at recruitment@houstonrollerderby.com for more info.
