Women, men, Democrats, Republicans all rallied together today at the Sabine Waterworks building to begin the second Houston Women’s March to City Hall. ย The roads were slick and rain fell lightly but their pace never faltered, their chants grew louder and the speeches of many from all walks of life gripped everyone in attendance. A call to vote, immigration, gun violence, civil rights, LGBT rights, women’s healthcare, mayors and mothers all took the stand and each brought the house down on the city hall steps of Houston, the most diverse city in The United States.
