Twenty-two chefs battled, but there could be only one 2018 Truffle Master. This week, chef Austin Simmons (Hubbell & Hudson and Cureight) took home the first place truffle trophy as well as one kilogram of fresh black truffles. The night was filled with decadent tastes and sips and set in the elegant lighting of the Astorian event space.
