The scene at the 2018 Rodeo Uncorked! and Best Bites Competition last night was fringe, turquoise and all things Western as Houstonians dusted off their bolo ties to chomp and sip on restaurant bites and wine. People comfortably milled about the spacious NRG event center in packs of two’s, three’s, and four’s visiting the hundreds of food and wine stalls.
