Rodeo Goat’s latest “Battle of the Burgers” takes on a presidential election theme, as The McDonald and The McKamala go head-to-head now through Election Day, Tuesday, November 5. The McDonald returns for a second election with two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, American cheese, horseradish pickles and onion on a Cheeto bun ($13.99); with The McKamala offers an all beef patty, American cheese, onions, pickles, ketchup and mustard with a nacho cheese Doritos bun ($13.99).
Saint Arnold Beer Dinner at State Fare Kitchen & Bar

State Fare Kitchen & Bar has teamed up with Saint Arnold Brewing Company to host an exclusive three-course craft beer dinner ($55 per person plus tax and tip) available Friday, October 18 to Thursday, October 31 at all three State Fare locations. Dine on Zucchini and Okra Fritters with Jumbo lump crab and smoked crema paired with Amber Ale; Maven Coffee Cured Hanger Steak with roasted sweet potato and chorizo butter paired with Tarnation; and Spiced Chipotle Dark Chocolate Lava Cake paired with Pumpkinator.

Saint A invites all ages to enjoy its SpringStock Fall Fest, a local music festival bringing together some of Houston’s best local artists alongside eats, drinks, artists and vendors for a day full of fun. There is no cover to attend.
Japanese Sake & Food Festival at POST Houston

Initially established in Tokyo in 2015, the Japanese Sake & Food Festival will make its debut in America, offering a unique opportunity to explore the pairing of Japanese sake and culinary delights. The festival will feature over 30 exhibitors, including sake brewers, distributors, and local food vendors offering various products ranging from sake to shochu and local cuisines. Tickets are $45.
50th Anniversary Texas Renaissance Festival

Held on its 70-acre campus in Todd Mission, the Texas Renaissance Festival brings folks a medieval celebration of food and drink, shopping and entertainment, and enchanted fun. This weekend invites Fairies, elves and other fanciful creatures to experience its 1001 Dreams theme, alongside festival eats from turkey legs and mead to a two-hour dinner theatre King’s Feast, plus special beer collabs with Saint Arnold Brewing Company and Karbach Brewing Co.
